William has always had a strong passion for film, starting at college where he wrote and directed sketches and short films for the schools Comedy Club; shown later to a large audience of teachers and pupils. Moving on he earned a degree in Film Studies and Media Production at Winchester University, where he could further develop his understanding of film and media production (graduating with a 2:1). As a long time horror fan, he has finished quite a few small productions based on this theme. He has also completed a Documentary entitled 'Horror in Japan', interviewing such people as Shimizu Takashi (Director of 'The Grudge' / 'Ju-on'), Joe Cornish (Adam & Joe) and Jasper Sharp (Film Critic); shot on location in Japan. Later he worked on another documentary for the charity organisation 'Sahara'; filmed on location in India. He has been interested in Japan for a long time; starting at college through films, and has been learning Japanese on and off since then. Along with this he has a passion for photography (still and moving), and anything media based in general.
