I am at a crossroads, trying to find out how my sensibilities can fit into a longform narrative structure. I am not concerned with real people and real stories and I know that audiences enjoy them (myself included). I just can't generate those sorts of scenarios. I think almost totally in allegory and metaphor. So I've gotta find a story that somehow delivers on those leanings.
