Born and raised in Northern California, Noah migrated to Los Angeles to attend USC and Los Angeles Film School. As a director, Noah has many award-winning films: An independent DV feature entitled "Stalemate," won the Rising Star Award at the 2002 Hollywood Underground Film Festival. The short film, "Sweet Judy Blue Eyes," won the best screenplay award at The Beverly Hills Film Festival. Noah was also nominated for an MTV movie award at the 2007 ceremony and was a runner-up in the Filmaka.com feature development contest. Production has also been completed on ten episodes of the series "Starlet," comissioned by and concieved for Filmaka, and co-written and produced by Matthew LeVine. Noah is a finalist in the Lincoln music video contest, and is shopping three feature films for production in '09.
