Award-winning writer/director Varda Hardy brings artistry and a relentless committed to making compelling entertainment that rips into what it means to be human. She is committed to creating compelling content independently, for brands, studios and friends. Her work has crossed over into multiple platforms including television, theatrical and internet. Varda recently completed HOUSE OF HEATHER a four part pilot web series for exec. producers Robert Lawrence (Clueless) and Conrad Riggs (Survivor). She is in post production on a feature documentary about the biggest, oldest and longest bike tour in the world, called RAGBRAI. Varda has just completed a viral video campaign slated to launch a national event in Spring, 2010. She is writing feature screenplays and developing a new web series called SCHMUTZ. She has enjoyed the privilege of creating work for Filmaka, most recently the music video RACE TO THE SKY for the Heavenly States song "The Race" sponsored by JWT for the launch of the Lincoln MKS. Varda's sixteen part indie web series RUNAWAY STARS about the emotional lives of an emerging band is posted here on Filmaka!
