Strong story and good acting with great acting by the gangster. "You had your chance" and "don't mess with me" were delivered really well. I myself am a huge believer in luck and chaos, so the story was right on for me. Since this piece relies heavily on the characters I would have liked to see more shots with both of the characters in the shot interacting, maybe some medium or wide shots from the side, with the gangster perched over the homeless fellow. All in all though you accomplished a lot. Good job, good luck and thanks for the comments on my film. 

Not half bad my friend, I enjoyed it. The lighting made things look flat in some shots, almost like the background was fake. Nice costumes and props.
