Nice job. I felt that you could have made the first half a little shorter and lengthened the 2nd bit. Coz that's where your film becomes really cool.  
Very cool, but the tension peaked to quickly. I agree with the other user that the second part should have kicked in much earlier and more tensions should have been built up before the climax. Very goo film making.
