Heheh, good acting and editing. I think you may be shooting yourself in the foot with making it corny, as I think the purpose will fly over people's heads. Good luck and please check out Homunculus by Vangelis Mylonas.
funny and i liked it corny, good luck
its wacky..but i doubt a guy who just fell off a cliff would find a massage useful. most likely he wouldnt feel it anyway since he's paralyzed from the fall! - Jonathan (The Wrong Clinic)
Good job. Editing is perfect. I am apsolutly a beginner in this, so I am looking that things also to learn something. Thanks.Stanka ("Alone")
Very, very funny stuff, David. You got this sort of humor perfectly right! Well done! (Bryan - "Lucas and Mabel")
funny movie, i like what you did with the cliff as well, i was thinking about green screen but havent really had any experience with it, good luck to you
very funny parody, you catch the style perfectly
I loved it! so funny! one of the best ones. Check out "Dental Attraction" by Brittany Bresson. good luck
I really enjoyed the pisstake of infomercials but I think you should have stayed true to their style throughout. The sped up car scene isn't really infomercial stuff. Can't work out if Jonathan's comment is serious or if he's being hilarious. Check out "the dose" and let me know if it makes you laugh.
Very funny little short film. I liked the premise and the feel of it.Good luck!Greg Karpinski - director of "Clinic"
You may be right that the full idea of the humour will fly over some people's heads. However, I think even those people will get humour out of it at some level. As long as they enjoy their interpretation of it that's probably the most important thing. But I understand what you are saying and appreciate your comments.
Obviously!!! It may have been a little understated but he rubs his left shoulder in discomfort whilst playing tennis and golf. When he waves goodbye at the end he moves and looks at his left shoulder indicating it is better.
i disagree with alex, the sped up car is exactly how the south african infomercials are, my goodness, south afric an ones are supa bad! Good luck man
I think this informercial was very funny. I needed a good laugh and got it. Thanks!
Yes, I'm sure I've seen infomercials with speeded up sequences. To be honest I was going more by instinct in making this. In fact I didn't fully realise I was sending up infomercials until I was in the shooting stage (Even though I had scripted and storyboarded it).
