I really liked the use of silence and repeated beginning and end with a new meaning. Yet I think you could've been more subtle, rather than showing the pills diced up with a huge kitchen knife.
Loved the soundscape and the dryness of the performance.
Could be improved with a little more tension/ticking clock. Maybe by using the character outside he door?
