Inspiration: What would happen if two disgruntled ex-magicians took their creativity and logic and competed in the violent world of drug dealing?

That was a really fast-paced, well put together movie. Shot really well with a lot of energy. REALLY liked the 15 minutes later transition with the well-composed shadow. Also, that firing gun at the end when the screen turns red took me off guard and was really effective. Great work.
Those are my kind of magicians. Unique story. I on the other hand didn't care for the '15 minutes later' transition in that I felt it reminded that the film was only a film. good stuff though.
Good little movie. Effective. Good luck Doug!!
Nicely shot and well acted. Please check out my film "together again" and let me know what you think.
Certainly well acted and directed as well as a very original story. lee~ 'Backwards In Time'...
I really liked the pacing in this... it felt like 90 seconds rather than 3 minutes.
I liked the 15 minutes transition. I was so into the movie I thought that it was the title. Cool concept. I really liked the cinematography in the opening apartment scene. It's soooo hard to shoot small spaces like that. Honestly, didn't quite get the look of that last scene. But that is just me and mean it as feedback not a gripe. Better to go for something (which it looks like what you we're doing) and not have everyone go get it then to be plain. Maybe trying to hide identity? Anyways, nice work.
I loved the shadow growing when they enter the warehouse... good cinematography. The acting's solid, the story creative and the pacing's top-notch. Nice work! Daniel Barosa - "Dusk in Limbo"
Thanks for all the great comments, I appreciate the feedback.... and to Jesse...you were right about the filter in the end, we decided to go with a mysterious look to it. I don't act but we needed someone extra so I'm the guy on the couch in the end and I was perfectly happy to have my face covered by a filter but the actor in the room with me was a little surprised when I told him what I did in post...
dude, that was awesome. Had an almost documentary feel...even the guy with the mutton chops was cool...shortlisted! Randy Hines - Sorcerer's Apprentice - Season One
Very, very good performance, the intro was grate, conversation with actors was tense, it worked to build it up for the ending scenes, and the harmony with everyone seem very well done. Was surprise at the end and everything that i saw and shots were for a reason it seems. I liked it dude.
very good realistic appeal..
