Inspiration: My inspiration was Religion vs Technology. I interpret a hive as being trapped in a cycle of a routine and doing what society tells us to do. We are all subservient to our phones, tablets, computers...etc as if it is the Queen Bee and some worship a higher power. That is why this concept was really interesting to me and that is how I interpret it.
