Inspiration: The film was originally our dedication to the famed and deceased director Anthony Minghella of 'The English Patient', 'The Talented Mr. Ripley', 'Cold Mountain' and more. We had parameters such as WWII wartime era. We also were restricted in the sense we had to use 3 items to create the story we chose a stick of gum, music sheets & a camera/photos. I wrote, produced & directed with a friend and business partner Dwight Wilson II. We also had a great cast in actors Skylan Brooks ('Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete', Netflix' 'The Get Down') and Dominic Bogart ('I Am Not A Hipster' , 'CBGB', 'The Birth of a Nation') Logline: In 1935, Nazi Germany an African American boy has to match wits with a vagabond, their encounter will change the course of his life forever.
