A very unusual film! A strange pastiche of seemingly unrelated characters starting off with the soft focus man in the back of the car, talking about the Emmy awards, and stretch limousines, and ending with the uber confident young scriptwriter with his pitch bible ready to take on Netflix. All set to a shambolic soundtrack meandering here and there, like the fountains of water rising up and down in front of the hotel. I had to watch a few times, to try and understand what it was all about. I’m still not sure if this is genius or something else, but it does have a certain intrigue!
