Inspiration: Alex, who suffers from a rare disorder that is later discovered to be Binswanger's. When his girlfriend of a year and a half comes to pay him a visit, due to his inability to initially remember who she is, and his lack of motor skills, Alex struggles to tell her how he really feels and risks losing her in the end to something he can't control.
