Inspiration: This is a short documentary with Philis King. She is an incredible and inspirational individual who has overcome immense obstacles throughout her life to finally become the woman she is today. In 2012, at the age of 58 she transited to a female after 50 years of living in the wrong gender. Sharing her story is so important, especially in this social climate, with increasing awareness and discussion surrounding this community.
