Biography

Matt Wechsler is an award winning director from Chicago and the founder of Hourglass Films. He is a self taught filmmaker who got his start at RDR Productions in Northbrook, IL. As a producer and editor there for over seven years, Matt personally handled over 300 clients with budgets both large and small. His work has been seen on television, at film festivals, during trade shows, in department stores, and many other places. His hard work and creativity have paved the way for successful advertisements, fundraisers, tributes, promotions, presentations and more. His passion for entertaining is the backbone of his filmmaking and he is always looking for new challenges and meaningful projects.
