Inspiration: The Record Shop comes from my time spent working in a music store and the eclectic people that worked there, as well as the crazy situations that arose.
Other Info: My hope for this show is to have an ethnically diverse cast. Which is not really seen on a lot of sitcom television, it's usually one main ethnicity. It's not like that in a music store. The show will truly capture what it's like to work in a music store, where PC is out the window, where sexual harassment is a way of life and the new guy is always fair game.
