Biography

> After aspiring to be a cinematographer for the last few years it seems the time has come to legitimately lay claim to the title. Since graduating from the Film & Video Production Program at York University in 2003 Ben has been defining his eye, refining his skills, and burning through a whole lot of film, tape and digital storage. There is no challenge too big or too small- each project yet another step toward a future in feature film cinematography. > Upon graduating Ben was accepted into the apprenticeship program at the International Cinematographers Guild in Toronto. He has since earned many credits shooting short films, commercials & music videos. Some credits of note include: the NSI Drama Prize winning SILVER ROAD; Worldwide Short Film Festival Screenplay Giveaway recipient FUNKY PRAIRIE BOY; and Wildsound Festival’s Audience Choice for Best Cinematography BUZZED.
