She was born "Jennymar" in Peru, her unique stage name was inspired by her parents . She began her career in pageants in her home country when she was 16 years old, performing in t.v. commercials, music videos, runway, model promotions, prints, and beauty contests. This experience made her realize she wanted to be on stage and in films.
Her next step was to come to U.S. Jennymar’s first roles were in Virginia Beach where she performed in theatre, short films, and internet shows. But her ambition and passion has always been to act in New York City. That's why she moved to The Big Apple to pursue her acting career.
Now Jennymar is concentrating on finding roles in theatre, trailers, and films. She got her first role in ”the Algonquin theatre” for the show “NYC Groovy” and now for “A day in the Life” at the Sonnet Theatre.
Jennymar is continuing her training with speech lessons and acting techniques as well. Her strong crafts are her ability as a bilingual speaker (Spanish/English), her upbeat outlook on life, outgoing personality and her great sense of humor.
