Biography

I am originally from Madison, WI. and have been living in LA for the past five years. I've done martial arts for the past 20 years and that is where I got my start in the entertainment industry. I used to compete for a professional martial arts team and through that I was able to meet and work with a lot of martial artists that were in the industry. When I moved out here I started in theater and doing stunt work focusing mainly on combat but quickly moved up to higher level stunts i.e. driving, high falls ratchet work etc. To help pay the bills I got a job working for private a private security company, my martial arts background complimented my resume nicely. I started running accounts for high end night clubs and then on to executive protection work. I have recently hung up my gun to focus mainly on my passion of making films. I started my company and 1% productions and have put everything into it. At the moment I am organizing five shorts, a yoga instructional dvd and a web series. I have also started organizing for what will be our first feature film at the end of 2010, with hopes to move on to our next two features the following year with much bigger budgets. As a wise man once told me "it's time and details". One additional thing I also have my bacholers degree in journalism and advertising.
