Ram Bhat graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design in 2005 with a degree in Illustration. After, he pursued fine art training under Steven Assael in New York City; simultaneously he gained experience working in stop-motion, music videos, and film. In 2007, he was employed by an animation studio in Los Angeles, which further fueled his interests into film-making. Since then, he has worked with musicians such as OZZY OSBOURNE, BJORK, and the BLACK EYED PEAS, as well as clients which include NINTENDO, TARGET, NFL, and DISNEY. He currently resides in Los Angeles, working as an Art Director at Motion Theory.
His ambition in film-making continues with his own company, where he writes, designs, and directs with two exceptionally talented individuals, who comprise an up-and-coming animation, commercial, and film production trio called "Abandon Ship!"
