Kai-Jae Wang found his true love as a filmmaker at an early age. Using his first computer, a Macintosh Classic and its fancy 9" black and white screen, he animated hours of movies frame by frame. Luckily, today, he has put all his earnings into a nice HD camera with a 35mm adaptor.
KJ went to undergrad at Brandeis University '03 with a degree in economics, but returned to school and got his Masters at Emerson College '07. He is preparing to go back to Emerson for his MFA fall of 2010!
KJ has competed in various film competitions and independent films. He has competed in the 24 hour film racing, 48 hour film project, as well as the 100 hour film racing. He has also worked on several competitions for advertisements. He is currently working on an independent dramatic feature based on Anna Karenina, several advertisement competitions, and working on a few music videos for local artists.
