Jason started his career as a storyboard artist at Wreckless Abandon Studios, a stop-motion animation company, in Connecticut. He then went on to work as an art director and storyboard artist in live action commercials and independent films before moving to San Francisco where he was hired by the Academy of Art, University, Motion Pictures and Film Department. He now works as production coordinator for Diane Baker and teaches various classes at the Academy including Successful Storytelling and Screenplay Breakdown and Blocking.
Jason is the co-writer and director of the viral spec commercial Guinness: Share One With a Friend (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrSSSfYE2dQ) and the noir comedy piece The Comic Detective: Funny Bizness.
His most recent projects include Directing two short behind the scene featurettes on Andrew Stanton's upcoming film, John Carter of Mars. As well as Co-Directing a series of episodic docu-shorts on the Previsualization Society.
He is currently in preproduction on a low budget short film and is writing and developing multiple feature film scripts.
