Film career began when an ethnomusicological grant took me to the Carribean. I stayed, got a job as a divemaster and began filming Bottlenose dolphins and Bullhead sharks. When I returned to the US I began working as an editor and camera operator for documentaries and commercials. Since then I have worked on 300 or so programs as a DP, producer, editor and director. I am now holed up in Boulder, Colorado, a place known for it's mountains, lush life, and sunshine, NOT it's film culture. Now I keep up with the paying gigs, while attempting to assemble as many friends as possible that want to play, work on our film chops, and take advantage of 300+ days a year of pretty decent available light.
